Jagun Jagun the newest movie by actor/producer, Femi Adebayo has continued to enjoy rave reviews both locally and internationally.
But not so many people know that a lot of things went into the production of the movie which drips with rich culture, relevant costumes and appropriate location and props.
“We built that location from the scratch, and it is located somewhere in Oyo town.
“The cast and crew spent 45 days on location,” Femi Adebayo tells TVC’s ‘Your View’ crew during interview session on Friday.
Talking about the crux of the story in the movie, “It centres on the youth in the society, that they should not be used as ‘weapon of destruction.’ It is a social message, but I thought of passing it in a unique way and using the Yoruba culture.”
He explained that the providing security for the cast and crew took a large chunk of the film’s budget, adding that as the ‘shooting of the film progresses, we had to add more scenes to it.”
His fans are in for more excitement and fun, as Femi Adebayo explains that “there is likely to be a sequel to Jagun Jagun.”
