The Inspector-General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba, has sent new Commissioner of Police to Osun Police Command.
He is Patrick Kehinde Longe.
This came on the heels of the deployment of the former CP Sunday Faleye.

Longe on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 replaced Faleye, who was deployed to the state on October 22, 2022.
The reason for the redeployment of CP Faleye has not yet been made known.
The new Osun Police CP has worked in Lagos and Oyo States.
