The Agura of Gbagura, Oba.Saburee Babajide Bakre ,Jamolu II on Thursday paid a royal visit to the Federal University of Agriculture,Abeokuta, FUNAAB which is situated on Gbagura land.
The monarch was accompanied by other royal fathers in his domain,Baales and High chiefs.
Agura and his entourage was received by the Acting Vice-chancellor,Prof.Babatunde Kehinde who is a prominent son of the soil and other Principal Officers of the University among others.
The monarch commended the management team for sustaining developmental strides in the institution, and fostering good relationship between ‘the town and gown.’
He charged Prof. Kehinde who hails from Gbagura land to do his best for the institution being ‘son of the soil.’
