.The appointees being swore -in
The Executive Chairman Alimosho Local Government, Hon Jelili Adewale Sulaimon has called on the newly sworn-in Secretary to the Local Government, Supervisors and Special Advisers to shun politics and settle for the good governance.
He told them that the good people of the local government look forward to seeing progress, development and peace,which should be their primary responsibilities. He stated that they have to work in tandem with other members of the Executive Council of the LG, such as the Vice- Chairman and other council officials.
Jelili said, “It is apparent that the appointees emerged from various caucuses within the All Progressives Congress. All the divisions we brought here should be set aside, we need to settle down for governance, we have no excuse not to perform to the admiration of the citizenry.”
The appointees were sworn- in before the Chairman after the Legislative Council had declared them to be fit and qualified during the screening exercise that took place at the Legislative Chamber.Those swore- in include the Secretary to the LG Mr Dare Ogunkoya, Ademola Abolade,Isaac Olaniyi,Adegoke Sosanya,Killington Justus, and Idowu Gbenga Sunday.
Others are Adesua Omoruyi,Idowu Adedoyin, Orodele Opeyemi,Adekunle Lawal and Adebowale Adeshanu.
