The Assistant General Manager, Programme Services, Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation, Mrs Toyin Sogbesan, has been appointed as substantive General Manager of the radio station.
A statement signed by the Ogun State Head of Service, Alhaja Selimot Ottun and made available to journalists on Tuesday indicated that the appointment took effect from 18th December, 2020.
Ottun said the elevation was a reward for hard work, dedication to duty and outstanding performance.
Sogbesan, a seasoned broadcaster, is a graduate of English from the Ogun State University now Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun state.
The appointment letter reads, “It gives me great pleasure to inform you that, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR governor of Ogun State has approved your appointment as the General Manager of Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation with effect 18th December, 2020.
“Please, accept my hearty congratulations on this well deserved elevation, which no doubt is a reward for your many years of hard work, dedication to duty and outstanding performance.”
