Lagos State governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu says another 45 patients have been discharged from isolation centres in the state, after they had fully recovered.
He said they were 18 females and 27 males, including four foreign nationals were discharged to reunite with their family members, having tested negative to the virus.
Further giving breakdown of the discharged patients on Sunday, he said 19 were from Eti-Osa (LandMark) 11 from Onikan and 15 from LUTH isolation centres.
He said, “They were discharged after full recovery and testing negative to COVID-19.
“This brings to 1,740, the number of #COVID-19 confirmed cases that have been successfully managed and discharged from our isolation facilities.”
Sanwo-Olu added, “Remember, it is now a criminal offence in Lagos State to go out without using a facemask.
“Let’s continue to adhere strictly to all public advisories given by the government.
